I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel and had an overall decent experience with a few ups and downs.Starting with the positives, the location of the hotel is excellent—it's surrounded by many affordable restaurants, making dining out convenient. The hotel also has a large, clean pool with temperature-controlled water, which was perfect for relaxing. There are plenty of chairs around the pool to rest, adding to the comfort. The food at City Cafe was another highlight, as it was absolutely delicious. When I checked in, the staff were very organized and approachable, which made a good first impression.However, there were a couple of disappointments. On the first day, I requested an extra pillow, but it was never provided, which was frustrating. I got the extra pillows on the 2nd day where I needed to ask the housekeeping myself. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not as cold as I would have liked, which made the room less comfortable, especially at night.Overall, while the hotel has some great features, addressing these minor issues could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Is the most bad hotel i have been, receptionist man are not helpful i reach 3 am 11/06/2024 and he said is 10/06/2024, plus he is not helpful and very boring person not welcome the location is good

Old guest got problem for check in at hotel they refuse to get in, while one day before arriving called with makemytrip trip and they confirmed about booking etc but at the time of arrival hotel refuse to check in like this guest stand around 1hr and struggling for their booking. In start of trip this experience was horrible

Very strong water flow but make sure you let the water run first because it does bring out some dirt great hotel, spacious and clean, the shower was the only downside

Location is v gud. Clisr emirates mall rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Pleasing staff, but breakfast buffet can be improved.
