The check-in took very long and finally room was given after 20mins. The room was good, except water was leaking from the overhead speaker in. The bathroom. Hot water was a blessing after a long day with good shower force too. Breakfast had a decent spread and was tasty.

Excellent business hotel in a prime location. The rooms are quite spacious and the breakfast spread is good. The room service is nice.

A property and a location you can avoid in this day and age of modern dubai. This crowne plaza deira dubai is good only for price or value hunters. Have stayed here a decade ago and had fond memories which i wanted to relive but i guess it was a mistake. In simple words avoid this hotel if you can.

After check-in found that used plates without wash for many days kept on cupboard. Mep is worst, no cold water is coming at all while taking bath. Had to take complete hot water. When we asked relevant guys, replied that sir you change the room, it needs 3-4hrs to rectify. With family and kids, shifting room immediately also a task.

There is no proper service. While booking they promise service thereafter they do not attend to your calls and refuse service. Unpleasant ambiance and uncleaned room.

I came to crown plaza diera at 22:30 same booking day, but the reception say-ed that i had to pay 150aed because the money i paid on your account still reserved, so i paid the money and until now i didn't receive my money back.

Room was good but the cooling was an issue and also when i called for refilling of all the stuffs in the bathroom they had not done for 3 days. I reminded them every single day still the same and on the 4th day they had done.

We’ve had to stay at crowne plaza for a day and the staff seemed really unbothered by the clients waiting. Everyone was busy and not ready to accommodate or listen to the visitors. They have a cabin crew tie up and have reserved sections for airplanes staff - which makes them priority over common guests.

Every thing was good except reception. As my experience i was waiting for 20 to 30 minutes for confirmation of my reservation and send me 2 times here and there, one was saying go to another person and another person told me to back to that person.

It seems like its a 2 star hotel, check in time is 3pm i reached by 4 still it took 1 hour to get the room, the ambience is pathetic, rooms are not like 5 star rooms, no iron no dryer in the room, beds are worst then a 2star hotel, not recommended please dont waste money on this hotel.
