Excellent service with very friendly and professional staff. This was my first visit to golden tulip al barsha, dubai and i would give them 5 stars. My hotel stay was very good and pocket-friendly too, and they took care of my travel very well. I feel wonderful. Definitely, on my second visit, i will go back there.

i called reception many times to make them bring towels, tissues and toilet paper to the room in the morning. noone is taking care of your requests…inagine you are supposed to take a shower and towel is missing because the previous day during room cleaning they forgot…even they see the tissue box is empty ir toilwt paper is out noone repleced them. i still try to give a chance and call them to bring you cannot receive… so pure budget hotel with no expectation…

A very bad experience in my life, which we confirmed was a queen bed when we reached the hotel they don't have queen beds they just make single beds together and make queen beds, very bad

Attending the problems immediately and sort out on time. Response is good from the reception and very close to indian restaurants and connectivity to metro.

Initially i have requested for early checkin but that was not possible because the hotel was overbooked. In the morning around 9. 30 am, i kept my luggage at reception and left for my work! then i came back around 10. 15 pm at night and the reception was knowing about me and they make me wait for the room around 45 to 50 minutes for the room. That was horrible. Instead of checking at 2 pm, i got the room around 11. 10 pm

I hate it. The serive. I hate the service i never visit again and i never book anything by makemytrip. You don’t give me my cash back. My refund also didn’t give me now. I want my refund.
