Worst service in the hotel and itself the hotel named as 5star but poor amenities i stayed in executive deluxe room but the bed was hard to sleep. Even they won’t provide water on time. The receptionist name raman her attitude was akkadthi hi.

Hotel staff is very slow. We didn't get the check in on time. It was delayed almost 12 hours. After check in room was good. Food was also good.

Smelly room

Booked two non-smoking rooms for only a nights and one of the rooms was smelling like cig smoke throughout the stay. Reported to the mgmt but nothing happened except for spraying room freshener which hardly lasted a few mins. The smoke smell was from an adjacent room which had a closed door from my room, and the adjacent room too was non smoking. Bad experience!

Location is perfect, food is amazing and everything about kc h is awesome. Love it here. Jean is also amazing, and keen especially when it comes to events.

Hi, i did have a good experience at the hotel during my check in. I have an issue with i'd card verification and the guy at the reception couldn't provide me with a solution and there was no customer service agent available to solve my problem. I had called prior to make sure my check in would be ok but no one took the phone only for me to come for check in and was faced with a situation that no one offered me a solution. Sadly i had to get a another hotel in the middle of the night and forfeited my booking as no solution was given to me at the reception.

My recent stay at knight castle hotel dubai was marred by inefficiency and poor customer service. Despite having a confirmed booking through makemytrip, the hotel staff claimed no reservation existed upon arrival. This led to a frustrating 5-hour wait, with no resolution or apology offered. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive, exacerbating the issue. The hotel's failure to honor our booking and provide a timely solution ruined our plans and spoiled our stay.

Hey everyone hotel was neat and clean, rooms was spacious as well but they don’t have a concept of customer service, when ever i call them for any thing they just say ok we are sending & after no response

I recently stayed at the knight castle hotel and had an excellent experience. The location is superb, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The property is well-maintained, with cleanliness and neatness clearly a priority. The air conditioning in the rooms was perfect, providing a comfortable and refreshing environment. I highly recommend newcastle hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

The hotel is actually beautiful, but it's old and requires renovation, especially inside the room. The carpet is dirty, the tv is not working, and the mattress is too hard, which makes our sleep not comfortable. We borrowed the iron and iron board, and iron already stained and damaged my husband pants. Breakfast options were ok, although not really 5 star standard and also no egg station. On the positive side, staff in housekeeping and restaurant were friendly, room amenities were complete, and food for the function was good and tasty.

Food was good and i would like to give 4 out of 5. It's located around 10 mins walking distance from the metro station and very near to bus stop. Some basic facilities were missing in the room like iron, dental kit, mini fridge was empty, taking a lot of time for any sort of assistance. Also they didn't allow me to go inside club and they said you have to spend minimum 100 to 200 aed per person which i didn't opt for. Also the behaviour of the guy working outside club was not good. Overall ratings: 7 out of 10

It is given that the hotel was quite old, but to our surprise, the room has no smell! the room was nice, and the staff were great! from the reception, the housekeeping, dinning area and guards. They were polite, friendly and professional. They have provided us what we needed and took an extra mile to assist us. Kudos to them all!

no way 5 star. An average 4 star rating. Location was good, pool area was not clean and the lift was slippery. No bathing towel provided from pool. Poor room service. However the breakfast was good compared to overall experience

I booked 2 rooms for eid to celebrate-and relax but it was disastrous and stressful experience. The moment we checked in noticed the lock of door is broken and not working. Tv remote, fridge was not working, no hot water in tap, tv is outdated. Ac was not working com-pained first at 5 pm evening than again night at 3. 30. No resolution. During our entire stay ac was not working due to technical problem which was not solved till we checked out. Our child fell sick due to lack of sleep. Breakfast was pathetic. Upon request they served egg white which was raw and undercooked. No space available. Went to swimming pool the staff fatima was so rude and behaved inappropriately. After complaining no response. The only good part was the security person who was investigating the scenario. Kindly do-not waste your hard earned money on this hotel service. Its not at all a 5 star service and they don't value their customers. Complained to management and sent an email bur no response. The worst hotel i have ever experienced in my life.

Very poor breakfast every day, not worth at all, and very very poor housekeeping, not cleaning everyday, even though reminded many times. I will not choose this hotel any more.
