Very nice property, staff is extremely helpful, breakfast buffet is amazing. We face a issue where we left something in a cab, the hotel concierge was very helpful and guided us in the process to retrieve our stuff

The hotel is centrally located on shaikh zayed road. Hence ideally located but in a very busy and crowded place. However, i would not go back to the hotel. Reasons are as follows. 1. The rooms are ok but the power points are very inaccessible. 2. The expensive breakfast is not good. The place is extremely. Crowded. You have to fight for a plac. Quality is just about ok

It was my second time at millenium plaza, downtown. Hotel is very good, centrally located. Rooms are big and clean, staff is also very nice and breakfast is also very good. Only issue i faced this time is somebody took a parcel from within my bag. I have never experienced this before. Hope the management takes a note and does something to prevent this.

A premium hotel with a fantastic service quality. The staff is too good! they’re very helpful and polite. Food is great specially the breakfast, though it can get quite crowded in the morning. Over all the location is perfect and views are amazing from the room.

The recieption service is the poorest not eligible 2 star. Rooms lacked basic amenities. Had to request hosekeeping for it. Bathrooms not well suited for senior people. Please complelety avoid this facility. Indian spread in breakfast is zero. A three star property would have been better

The hotel had some renovation going but still didn't affect the stay. The staff are very nice, and the gentleman in the reception is very accommodating. It is located near the metro if you take public transport, in front of the museum of the future. You can take the underpass to go to the other side. There are groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies that are available within walking distance. The stay was very relaxing and nice.

The hotel is really close to all the major locations and getting into public transport is quite easy. Property is maintained well and the staffs are really helpful

The bedsheets and pillows were stinking. The toilets are old and wornout/broken. Though the staff was helpful the problem is its a old hotel and under renovation. You hear the construction maintaince sound starting from 7am. I do not recommend this hotel.

Experience was very good, connectivity and customer service was top notch, breakfast was good but with limited indian varieties( mostly south indian, amazing views from hotel
