The overall stay is good. The hostel rooms are clean and the staff are also very good. They clean the room and toilet everyday even though the occupant is not in the room.

Hot water facility not available or it's not working i ask many time for that but is not working rest is good hotel is middle of city metro nearby local market nearby so it's good for youngsters

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as, my stay at peninsula hotel was deeply disappointing the most frustrating issue was the toilet flush, which was completely non-functional. This is not just a minor inconvenience, but a basic necessity that should never be overlooked in any hotel. I immediately contacted the reception to report the problem the problem remained unresolved for hours. What made this situation even worse was the lack of urgency or professionalism in handling the matter. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, i called the reception again, but this time, the staff hung up on me without offering any assistance or a clear solution. I was left frustrated and helpless, and had to wait for over two hours until a plumber finally arrived to fix the toilet in the middle of the night. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering the fact that i had requested a room change earlier, which they refused without offering any reasonable explanation. Inaddition, basic amenities like toiletries were provided sparingly, and i had to ask for additional towels and a blanket. Throughout this ordeal, the hotel staff remained unresponsive to my concerns. Not once did they offer any form of apology or compensation for the inconvenience caused. It was clear that customer service was not a priority at this hotel, and the lack of communication and care left a lasting negative impression.

The check in and check out was fast and easy, staff is polite and helpful, located in a very nice place easy access to metro, bus and water transport

Totally 0% facility. Housekeeping staff also not good. One more things i not like this hotel. If u want any supplies or anything like towel dental kit etc. They talking more then 1/2 hrs to bring. I arrive there 11:30 pm something. I ask towel and dental kit. Becus give me around 1am. I'm so shocked. Dental kit they give me morning time. Morning i ask tea amenities they say me he after 3pm. It's hotel role This all things guest need morning time. But they provide after 3pm. Room cleaning also after 3pm. Haha.

First of all the staff attitude is so bad, we reach 1:30 pm paper work for check in complete around 2. 30 pm and still they said wait for 10 minutes, when we come to the room floor is very dirty, pillow cover bed sheets blanket also same very dirty, no cup for tea 3 times we asked cup for tea, room having some bad smile, i think towels for shower never washed keep using same if here is a chance to upload a pictures i can upload all pic's, overall i will never go to this hotel never recommend it to friends.

As many divas as i stayed there, i did not like it at all. No one came to clean the room and there was a bad atmosphere in the room.
