Stayed here last week for a night and booked two rooms, but only used one due to drainage issues in the washroom —water came up from the drains when using the taps. The other washroom wasn’t great either. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with TVs. However, adding a kettle with tea accessories would be a nice improvement.

It's a strange system. Why should I go down and get the order from the reception? You're saying no one can go upstairs to the delivery office. Okay, I don't have a problem. Let someone from the waiter bring me the food. I don't go down 3 times, I go down and get it myself

First they charge aed 10 as tourist charge which is not there in any hotel in uae. When i was informing them regarding this they started arguing with me and telling that every hotel take this tax and every customer pay so you have to pay. After that when i enter my room. Lights are not working when i informed engineering team came and after checking informed that it will take 1hr. While we went outside for 3hr we informed in reception but when we came back situation is same. No lights working. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Even you anyone checking review before booking hotel please ignor this hotel.

They did not clean the room, the bathroom was dirty, and the lock was broken. I asked for a large bed and the person at the counter promised me no response.

It took so long for my orders to arrive, there were cockroaches in the room and I have a baby, there was no baby bed.

Room not maintained clean, lots of cockroaches. Items which are used by guest and provided by hotel was changed without informing the guest, which is very bad. Need better maintenance and proper management

My stay at nihal hotel was highly disappointing. The rooms were substandard, lacking cleanliness and basic amenities. The staff appeared disinterested, and advertised facilities were either nonexistent or in disrepair. I strongly caution against choosing nihal hotel for an unsatisfactory experience.
