Centrally located, walking distance to metro station and mall of emirates, local cabs easily available, comfortable stay, cleanliness maintained, pleasant staff, limited indian veg options in breakfast

Staff at hotel is very good, as we are vegetarian they prepared veg food for us for dinner separately, though the options were very less and veg menu was not available. Room was spacious, but washroom made a constrained feeling. When we entered, we felt strange smell in room, otherwise bed, sofa, tea sets were all good and nicely provided.

The staff provided great support, and the room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast layout was suitable not only for adults but also for toddlers. Thank you for making our stay incredibly smooth. We would love to visit again, and a special thanks to the manager for being so helpful.

Hotel is overall good. There service is prompt. But in my room wash basin was choking. I was very busy in my meetings outside so didn't have time to complain. Also, i found that in the connecting ibis restaurant, the chef preparing omelets was not quite courteous to some guest, although not to me. I found him being overly courteous to western guests. He was wishing good morning to western european guests but very curt in dealing with indian guests

A hidden gem at al barsha

Wonderful family vacation spent at this immaculate property with a perfectly suited location. Mall of emirates is at walking dispatch 500m away. Property has got great eating outlets close by and philly is just next door if you are a chi lover. Breakfast spread at the hotel is an elaborate one with freshest of the ingredients used and all dishes are kept at right temperature. Service team at restaurant is highly competent even with a 100% occupancy.

Room service, mall shower area is very very compact. Overall property is very compact, and i felt very claustrophobic in this property. Room size is very small, shower area and bathrooms are extremely small. The property is very compact and i felt very clostrophobic in this property.

It is strategically located with 2 metro stations within 10 minutes walk on either side of the hotel. Breakfast is good, offers decent indian options (upma/parota/idly. Room size is a bit small but sufficient for a family of 2 adults and a kid.
