The stay was very comfortable
most pleasing was the checkin which was provided early without letting wait much. Rooms was also made available as per the preference which was the best part. Breakfast was awesome specially for indians, live dosa and omelette counters and lot more. Hotel was clean and house keeping was immaculate. Just a suggestions rooms need very slight maintenance. Otherwise we’re absolutely perfect. Hotel is well located opposite to burjman center and nearby all restaurants and eateries available. It is perfectly placed next to metro station for easy commuting. If anyone interested in night life the hotel has itself 5 night clubs with diversity. I had a wonderful stay, would love to stay there. Not interested

Excellent location. Close to dubai metro which is union station, where we can take green-line or redline. So many restaurants around the hotel including many veg. Overall very good, helpful staff. Overall we liked the hotel.

it was a good stay, staff is so polite and hotel breakfast is tasty 😋, As a indian tourist you can stay in this hotel as have indian locality near to hotel with good food

The hotel was nice and clean, good hygiene overall. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff was very cooperative, situated at a very convenient location. Overall a great experience. Would like to visit again.

Location of the hotel is excellent but cleanliness is an issue, found a cockroach on the side table of bed, the windows are not sound insulated so the music from the club of the hotel will keep you awake till late night

Average hotel with poor bathroom and in room facilities like charging and lights inadequate. Breakfast was average as well. This is 2 star property. Wrongly classified as 4 star. Only plus point is proximity to metro and indian food option.

Hair dryer is very old, dental and other things are not provided, pool not clean

Great location but hotel is old and worn with slow and sometimes non-working internet. The plumbing was really smelly. There is noise during the night from the nightclub.

Need to deep cleaning the rooms. Location good its in front of burjuman mall. Food and amenities not great. We just stay one night because we need to attend an interview in the area.

Rooms aren’t clean especially the washroom. Not recommended at all. We could find many other best hotels near by burjuman mall even cheaper than this one.

We had pleasant stay at regent hotel, bur dubai. Hotel staff was very cooperative and well mannered. We had an amazing breakfast.
