Room was not good it's was not clean properly reception lady dnt know how to speak she was showing lot of attitude i greeting her but she was showing her attitude even we asking her help to connect wifi for lobby. She throw mobile phn with loud voice she ask to bell boy to connect the wifi. Then bell boy help us. Even on call when we called her to check that hotel receive our booking or not on face she disconnected the line i was given her confirmation number, but she didn't listen. To much arrogant lady it's a humble request to front of manger to look into this matter. Teach her how to greetings guest even if she is tried. , we have to greeting to our guest we are working in customer service.

Old hotel sometimes alarm will make sound wrongly and we will scared totally horror mood. Small rooms bathrooms were too small

Very bad service provided. Rooms are very tiny and do not have enough light. Reception staff is not at all approaching, smiling or helpful, they will only talk to you for room charges. Housekeeping staff dont even come and clean the rooms or provide water bottles. Will not stay again or suggest anyone for a stay here.

The stay was good, the rooms were clean, the staff was polite, the area is good, al rigga metro station is in 3 mins walk, and the crowd in this area is also good, never felt unsafe during the stay.

1. Floor tiles are extracted in some areas 2. Main door inside lock not working 3. Over all furtniture is old & broken 4. Comparing to proces 220 charged for 1 night is waste
5. No room cleaning done overall property is not maintained

The room was very bad, the hotel is not well maintained but the staff behaviour was good, the reception was average, and the breakfast was average with basic foods, but the prime thing is its a old hotel with basic amenities, the toilet and wash area is really old and not well maintained

Stay was totally bad reception staff was not good. They were busy with thier phones they don't care about the hotel customer during stay i asked for water to receptionist senior lady she refused for the water. She said water is on arrival only and bedsheets were not properly clean and there was some holes in duvet covers. Hotel need to focus on their basics its totally bad
