I recently stayed at sha mina hotel apartments and wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional experience. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm hospitality, professionalism of the staff, and attention to detail. I recommend this place for families.

Racist behavior from the staff

I've had a bad experience by the receptionist named "abhishek" he had a quite racist behavior towards indians maybe. Arrogant attitude. Stingy look. No humbleness. As if he was providing us room for free. Except this hotel was very good with a plush interiors. And very neat and clean. Hotel is really superb.

The property is clean, the facilities are functioning well. The staff is courteuos and well behaved. It is close to the sharafdg metro and has a number of stores in close proximity.
