Worst stay

It was terrible, bathroom is very small, don’t have sleepers or shower gel, no instructions about how to get hot water or how to use there worts shower system,

Wonderful Stay with My Family – Highly Recommended

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room came with a wide variety of amenities, all of excellent quality, which added a touch of luxury to our experience. The room was spotless and well-organized, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check in timing was not matching as mentioned and as mentioned on property reception desk because check in timing is 14:00 but at property check in timing was mentioned 15:00. That was not good because have to wait more then half for that because room was not ready

Salute to reservation staff

I have choosen wrong booking dates, but mm t team & as-ma reservation staff, both dealt this matter very easily and calmly. Thnx to both. 10/10 for both teams. The hotel is very good, i think it's gonna be 4. 2 out of 5.

Toilet is not comfortable

The hotel is very clean and room design is amazing but the took long time to checkin to the hotel as only one computer was working. Parking was good and overall the hotel is clean and rooms are spacious

My family's stay was superb. The room is clean and has everything you need and more. The staff are very courteous! hopefully next visit, there would be more choices in the breakfast buffet and that there would be shade over the pools specially during summer (it tends to be very hot.

My first time in both hotel and app. I was frustrated as i requested special birthday celebration to my husband to surprise him same day but they did not do only next day after many reminders. It was only one small piece of cake and no even decoration or happy birthday sign. The app was not showing the facilities and room options clearly as i would like to have connected room but it does not show.
