Pros : Good Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai, comfortable, huge rooms, good staff, and 10 min walk from metro and bus stop just opposite so it’s well connected. Cons : Loud noise playing in roof top restaurant till 3 am or even later is very disturbing, breakfast is average when compared with a 4 or 5 star in India, staff forgets to stock tea, towels etc in rooms very conveniently. It has a travel desk with Mr Farhan. He’s most helpful however you may like to cross check other deals online. I booked my trip to Ferrari world and Desert Safari through him, and it was comfortable. However, for global village he was charging me 25 AED per head. When booked online I got a 10% discount, also since I was with parents their tickets were free being senior citizens. So I saved a lot. That’s why you may want to check online.

I had a very pleasant stay at the royal ascot Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai bur dubai. Starting from check-in, all the way to checkout, everything was hassle free. All the staff were very cooperative. Coming to the room, we had booked 2 rooms for 5 people. Both the rooms were interlinked which was convenient for us. Both rooms were quite spacious and had ample of sunlight coming in. The rooms had all the basic amenities. However one disappointing thing was we had to ask for majority of the things like dental kit and slippers. They did not provide us these things on their own. Other than that nothing to complain. Best part is location, it's close to the gold souq, perfume souq, meena bazaar, al seef. Public transport is also nearby including metro station.

Swizel at the front desk welcomed us with a big smile and immediately it was a welcome feeling. Mr peter was again very welcoming and sweet. We were welcomed by them and they took care of us for the entire stay at the Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai. The rooms were always clean and us-man made sure that the toiletries and water were refilled on time. He’s really polite and an asset to the company. At the coffee shop tejas and ranjeet always welcomed us with a morning smile and made our breakfast comfortable. We are coming back to the Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai for sure because of these people who made it a comfortable and warm stay at royal ascot. Keep it up guys!

The Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai provided us early checkin which was a welcome sign. The food is decent too while it can be improved. The structure seems old and there are maintenance requirements. I avoided taking 1st floor as there are expected music hitting you from a nearby lounge. The location of Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai is just excellent as it’s near to meena bazar and metro station. Staff largely is courteous. Just like other places in dubai the indian population present gives lesser weightage to indian tourists which is really unfortunate. But you can manage that by reflecting a good behaviour.

As i booked my stay, it says complimentary 3 hours check in and check out time, little dissapointed cos i asked but didn't got them. But me and my daughter enjoyed the pool, and massage in triple b spa was amazing, the girl is so professional and very good in what she is doing. The room was good, a lot of space, some signs of old tiles in the toilet and the bathtub, shower is so hot. Bed and temperature was good. Breakfast is good. Entertainment is quite good but if you are with a kid you cannot enjoy the night inside Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai. But, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Royal ascot is a good to go property located near meena bazar. Specially for the indians who are visiting dubai for the first time. The staff is very helpful, rooms and amenities are good, the food is good too. The rooms are quite bigger than the other Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubais. Location: very good who wish shopping as meena bazzar and gold souk near to it. Also very good vegetarian restaurant like bombay basera etc. Hotel breakfast is good, all looks good other than service as i try to book for taxi from airport to Royal Ascot Hotel Bur Dubai, they replied end time, so i booked from others, also for water issue, someone came after 5 times calling! rest good.

Our stay in royal ascot was overall good. Room was good but no view from our room. Cleaning person has performed his duty diligently daily. Good breakfast was served daily with variety of dishes for vegetarians also. Hotel is very near to both bus stop as well as dg sharif metro station. Overall we had a comfortable stay but reception staff needs to be little more polite.

It was nice experience to stay at royal ascort. Everyone is supportive and helpful. The location is good, it is near to meena bazaar, bus stand, metro station and market. The restaurant rajnikanth is good and they serves indian food as well.

Stayed for four nights. Staffs were courtiouse too. Improvement required only in tv feeds. Channels were not clear. Not sure if its specific to that tv.
