This was planned all of a sudden and i had to book a Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah in ras al khaimah and that's when i came across city max. The prices were extremely affordable and i presumed there would be compromises, but to my surprise everything was really good. The ambience once we walked in to the Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah was excellent and even though it was busy, the front desk assisted us regarding our reservation. We were allotted a room and it was extremely clean. All the required bathroom amenities were also provided to us. The food in the restaurant was great and the buffet price was affordable. We wanted to extend our check out time so we could see more places and ms. Veronica helped us out on that. Overall she was really helpful in assisting us altogether. I would recommend people who want an affordable stay yet no compromises in the services provided, city max is the best option.

Its a great value for money, service is very good, housekeeping staff are very supportive, very reasonable laundry, car parking space, pub and restaurant in the property is pretty decent with friendly environment, breakfast menu not that good, not much option and not that tasteful, rooms and bathroom are very clean and 24/7 reception service available, great location walkable distance to centrepoint, minar mall, carrefour, amazing arabic restaurants just behind the property, very near to rake mall and indian restaurants like moti mahal and india palace.

We had a great stay during the weekend here. The room is really nice, colorful and clean. The bed is soft and very comfortable. We had some drinks at the bar in the first floor (the huddle, food is average but they do have the happy hour which is really nice. My only complain is the parking, we have an suv type car and the parking entrance is so small that we almost crashed our car while entering. But the front office team are very helpful and they found us a parking space at the front of the Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah.

Wonderful experience, I would like to thank reservation staff to help with shifting property fro m RAK to Burdubai on 7th day of my stay upon my request, although I had a 3 weeks booking in RAK property. I really appreciate their kind gesture, understanding. Overall the properties are well maintained, staff attitude too appreciable, neat and clean, housekeeping good, and as well value for money- but it all depends on the deals you grab.

The method of dealing is very nice, and the bar is the best bar ever!! 😍 The problem was with parking is that you must enter a sandy area to reach the basement parking, also the toilets are always full of water after shower because of the inclination of the floor to the door, and this causes water to exit into the room, but in general the place is beautiful and very comfortable!

We had a great time at citymax Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah - rak. The rooms may not be very spacious, but were well maintained and clean. The staff, especially sizani and swaraj, were very helpful throughout our stay at citymax Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah. The food at clay-pot was great, including the breakfast. To sum it all up, our experience at citymax was a great one.

Located strategically, convenient location, peaceful, amazing housekeeping staff, free covered parking added advantage, huddle’s pub within property with a very good customer service is great, laundry service and pricing too good. I didn’t like the breakfast though not much varieties and the taste also not at par. Clay-pot at citymax rake needs improvement.

Good customer service and the welcoming smiles makes you feel that you’re in the right place and mr godfrey is so kind and helping with a smiling face made me pleased, the house keeping team who are also available whenever you need them plus the silence and the cleanliness of the rooms made our stay special.

Excellent from the start to the end, only issue was the service was slow for example my tv remote was not working, it took them 40 minutes to send a staff to fix it another time i requested for toothbrush it took them close to 45 minutes to deliver it to my room but other than that everything else is amazing

It was a good experience to stay in this Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah. Pros: 1. Location was very good surrounded by various restaurants. 2. Cleaning and interiors were excellent. Cons: 1. There is no proper parking area. 2. Hotel restaurants are expensive 3. Hotel entrance is not so good / attractive

Parking is very limited and small, no one will assist you to pick up your luggage, but there is a trolley on the door, recipient is good and looks fine, room is fine space is average, bed is perfect, but there was no carpets on the floor. See view is very good, pool is perfect.

Good Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah with affordable price. Friendly staff. Everything is near grocery mall restaurants. Breakfast also not bad
