    Value for money if visiting brunel uni. Nice bar and in room tea coffee spread. Good housekeeping if you inform the desk. Small room bath but cosy

    Location is the only plus point

    I stayed there for 9 nights at the hotel. While it may be par for course for uk hotels, expectations of indian travelers are different. 1. They close @10:30pm. So if you are stuck in immigration and dont make it by then - it is a pain. Luckily we- were just in time 2. There is no help to get your luggage to your room. You have to get it yourself 3. The rooms though large have at best 1 pedestal fan and no ac. While i understand that uk is not normally warm, it was exceedingly hot in the days that we were there. 4. Staff does not have a spare fan, or water bottles in your room. Fend for yourself. They do have a water cooler on the floor but you have to and fill water on your own. 5. Restaurant menu is limited and time when it is open is fixed. No room service or all day dining 6. The redeeming factor is the location if you are having a child in the univ. It is a walking distance from any of the hostels

    Only few animities were provided, most importantly fan became faulty after 2 days. Same got replaced on request but room was hot, suffocating,
