    Decent stay, could have been better

    Front desk - the place is managed by Alek, a few ladies on the counter need to constantly refer back to him for advise and hence the dealing is slower on the counter. E safe - never worked following the instructions, never got fixed in a 3 night stay. Requested reception to fix the first night, suggested that a technician will come, no one came and no follow up was done. Green coupon - never saw the same in the room, was missing, only came to know when a colleague pointed it out for his room. Bedsheet not changed even if there was a mark on it. Breakfast - if you are a one night stayer, the breakfast is perfect but a bit of variety would have been nice, service at the breakfast was superlative.
