Staff was very helpful and i will come again here. The problem i found was the breakfast is always same here and you do get bored after some time.

Ibis as always rooms are small, economical and average. Location is good. Easy access. Sound proofing is poor.

Very comfortable rooms with good amenities. Easily accessible. Good check in and check our experience. Staff was courteous and warm.

As per the price the services are good. The staff is nice. But check in time should be a little early like 12pm. 3pm isn't good as it spoils the day.

Lift only one working and room goods and service ok and no telephone to contact to receptions and only by walk and reception in first floor

Everything was ok but the room could have been bit more spacious also the breakfast was bit harsh on us indians

The toilet pan is not cleaned. It has stinks. We checked in at 12. 30 p. M. Next morning was our flight.

Excellent stay. clean, cozy. quick check in. Great location. close to Heathrow airport. Rooms are clean, with all the amenities like Tea- coffee maker, toiletries.staffs are cordial.

One lift was out of service from the first day (28th april 2024) and till 5th may 2024. I had to use the stairs for bringing all my luggages from 6th floor
