Well everything about bermondsey hotel is great right from the staff and location. Well the location is so great it’s right on bermondsey street which is filled with such great cafes like franco ana a ; flour and grape ; ram-en ; gail’s it’s really happening then there is such great connections london bridge station is 15 minutes walk borough is 16 minutes walk u have buses right in front of hotel going to places and now comes yeh staff everyone is so so sweet and welcoming the gm mr imran walk around talking to his guests is so welcoming the breakfast is great they attend to you and make you feel at home they are really nice and also jee your surrounding clean

Excellent location right in Bermondsey street which is really a great street with lots of nice cafés and veey nice celebratory feel in the street and only 8 minutes walk to tower bridge The manager Mr Edward is very sweet and kind very helpful . However at our time of stay the room was o. 5 floor which has superb Shard view but sadly the air conditioning wasn’t working ; so it was quite warm But other wise all great In fact on Fridays they have antique market setup right outside ; the local store Sainsbury is right opposite so superb location nice room especially higher floors facing the street side

Budget hotel at premium price!

Rooms were very small, room size given on the mm t app and actual was different and hence we felt mislead-ed by mmt! only one lift was working! the nearest tube station was 15 min walk!and the room was not cheap! hotel did not accept our request for check out by 1 pm which every hotel agrees to! in short the stay was very disappointing!
