Excellent Hotel. Spacious room. Very clean. Great Staff. Felt welcomed. Excellent breakfast. Will surely book this hotel again in the future.

But being open and honest with you wasn’t particularly great in my opinion
Firstly when booking it on hotel.com, it states you’ve got plenty of parking. Which is factually incorrect also it doesn’t state about the £20 charge for this parking.
After long drive and all the palaver regarding the parking I was informed you don’t have a restaurant but you do pizzas which is very odd for a four star hotel
This morning I woke up at approximately 530 by refuge waste collection wagon
This morning breakfast was one of the worst breakfast I’ve got to say I’ve ever had.
The variety hot food was appalling Didn’t have the basic breakfast items like bacon and the sausages with substitute with chicken sausages.
Anyway, I thought I just run with what you’ve got, but it was all cold stone cold I pointed this out to the lady which it was clearing up. She smiled at me and laughed. Not really sure if it’s a language barrier.
It wasn’t even warm it was cold.
Safe to say, I won’t be stopping again
On a more positive note the room seems modern and well furnished. The plug socket wasn’t working next to the bedside.
Great stay, parking was a massive bonus. Breakfast could be improved.

Well located - very close to Tube station (about 2 mins walk) and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's a Muslim owned Halal Hotel - so no bacon served for breakfast and no alcohol served in the hotel "bar". Not a problem for me personally but I think that should be made clear when booking. However. there are plenty of bars and restaurants as soon as you step outside the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood is very quiet & I felt safe. My only issue was the shower. It was really hard not to get water everywhere in the bathroom. I had to use extra towels on the floor each time, which is wasteful.

Lovely - many shops around the area. Staff were very attentive and nice.
The hotel is very nice, the only con is that the windows can’t be open. Therefore the air gets quiet bad.
Annoying start but not too bad in the end.
No gluten free food options available on the evening menu. Not a great start. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from next room.
Room was modern but lighting and bathroom facilities were confusing! Lights had a mind of their own.. just kept pressing buttons until they came on but all weird. Water went off in the night so had to ring hotel from mobile to get them to fix it, there was no phone in the room. No milk provided fur tea and coffee, empty fridge! Breakfast was terrible, cold food, no bacon, tiny croissants which tasted artificial. £15 extra to park. Hotel staff did their best but still lots here to sort out and pointless bar, no alcohol and no atmosphere which is a shame because it’s a new hotel and could be so much better.
I stayed here for about a week and would not recommend to anyone. Ventilation never worked properly in my room and I was in a hot humid room the entire time. Even after complaining several times, they didn’t care to be helpful. Also, house keepers barged into my room several times without knocking. Staff claimed there was no microwave when they actually have one, I can’t understand why they would do that. Overall terrible service with no privacy or comfort.
