As my wife was standing there at the facility and not able to contact the property owner and make my trip people response time was not optimal she had to stand there in cold night outside the hotel premises and no alternate solution was provided. So ultimately she had to leave the premises and had to go to nhs stockton on tees hospital. So considering this we asked for refund of the booking and it hadn't been done yet.
