nicholas j.familyDec 02, 2024 Location was very convenient to Downtown. 5 minute walk. Breakfast was a very good start to our day! Hot tub in our suite worked perfectly and helped soak away the pain from walking all day. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Leavenworth.
Vary nice place but
We had a fireplace that had problems and the tv above the fireplace would not even turn on called the front desk they sent a maintenance personnel out with new batteries for the tv remote and he attempted to repair the fireplace with no luck on either problem it was late and at this point we just wanted to relax my wife googled the tv problem said to unplug for 5min which seemed to fix the problem as for the fireplace I was able to get the pilot re lite and stay on until we shut it of and of course the pilot shut off again it will need to be repaired
Other then that was a nice place
very old building, bad odor in the walkways and smell of old carpet
We went to Leavenworth for a short trip. Stayed 2 nights and everything was wonderful. We called the front desk as if they had a fan and they brought one right over everyone. Was nice.

The overall hotel was quite outdated, which could have been why it appeared a bit dirty. No cleaning in the room during a multiple night stay. Many minor issues in the room that could have been addressed- slow drain, tv mount sagging (almost falling off the wall) ,etc.
Property was great but I didn’t get an Expedia member VIP benefits
Easy and friendly check-in. Location is just away from the main bustle and crowds of the downtown area, yet walkable.
so much to do and see, and a very nice family friendly hotel...only wish was that the hot tub was warmer...
Our stay was good, however the hot water was not working, the morning we're too leave. Staff was apologetic and took some money off the bill.

We were here 5 years ago and had a wonderful experience. This time, not so much as the room was much smaller than the photos represented. The breakfast was excellent but the overall condition of the property was showing signs of wear and tear. Overall the whole experience of Leavenworth has been vastly degraded with street closures and rough side walks making it almost impossible for the disabled.

omar r.partnerOct 25, 2024 We had a nice stay on this hotel. The location is quite convenient as it's located along the main town street and is only a short walk to the main POIs. Room was clean and had a second sink and mirror which is always convenient.
Room was nice, shower had mold at bottom and when we got there large party in main room very noisy
Some staff great, some staff so-so
Food provided for the breaks and banquet, was very good. Staff was mostly friendly, though some seemed put out if you asked for anything slightly out of the ordinary. E.g., asking for more medium roast coffee (there was plenty of dark roast, but also seemed low on the medium roast). There was still about an hour left for breakfast, but instead of bringing out more coffee they just removed the empty and brought out more dark roast...but front desk seemed perturbed that they had to go let someone know...but then the issue wasn't even addressed. As for excellent service, the gentleman who worked the bar for our banquet was efficient, helpful, and pleasant.
