    Terrible Stay

    The funds are too small & there is no facility in the hotel. On top of it when i checked in the hotel, they asked for $50 security deposit which was refundable but even after 15 days of check out i have been following up for my refund. Pathetic experience. Fraud people

    Stay was good but they charged extra 145dollars which was not mentioned in the rules. It was shocking.

    Great place for brief visit

    Centrally located. Helpful staff. Did not use the amenities. Hotel has a small pantry where they keep coffee and some fruits that was good. However, after 11 am or so this is removed. It would be nice to at least keep the coffee and tea options throughout the day.

    Not cleaned the rooms in 3 days and the staff was very rude. Top. Od that they charged some 56 dollars which was not justified at all. So not at all happy. Pls don't take this property. No thanks

    Comfortable stay in Chicago Downtown

    had a pleasant stay and I could peacefully catch up on my sleep as well. Hotel staff allowed my late check-out. Conveniently located in Downtown area with lots of eating options around.

    Great location and clean rooms

    Great location, clean rooms, clean washroom, good food. Searched a centrally located hotel within walking distance of downtown Chicago. No better place than Felix, close to Trump tower, Michigan avenue and being new to the city was very useful location. All cabbies and Ubers know the place.
