We went here for a wedding, front desk lady seemed nice but apparently they judge our family quickly from our appearance and assumed our group was the one smoking inside even though there were 2 other family parties going on in this hotel.....she didn't talk or threaten the other parties, she just continued to harass ours only... Also, your hotel air conditioner in the room kept switching to heat, i had to constantly switch it back to a.c. and there are clearly mice problem with all the mice traps you have set up.. also "complimentary" breakfast... or from what they describe it as a light snack didn't even exists. So, that another feature that's crap at this place. Oh, another thing... my room said 2 queens... that was 2 full size beds.... the amount I paid for this place was not worth it. If you're going to a wedding, I'm sorry but take the extra 20 minutes to go to a good hotel.

Our experience was great. We arrived early but we’re allowed to check in had to wait for the room to be cleaned which was no big deal. Jennifer was extremely helpful with assisting us in finding a nearby lake to do some fishing. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. In all; an excellent stay, I wish I had known about the grill on the patio sooner but hey, you live and learn.

The owners were very nice and let our party stay in the pool area aft normal open hours.
The hotel stay was comfortable, clean and quiet. The rooms were well kept and the furniture up to date with new TV. The staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel is close to gas station, ATM and numerous eating establishments. It is conveniently located right off the highway. My husband I will certainly be booking at this hotel in the future.
The hotel staff is very rude. We had an awful experience with this place to the point we will NEVER stay there.

marilyn.partnerFeb 01, 2022 Snow removal around handicap parking lot and entrance to the hotel door was not done. forcing the patron to enter the hotel thru the snow. Unattended Lobby and front desk, leaving the patron to call out loud for assistance that never showed up. Pool was empty of water and under maintenance I would have never booked the place had I been forewarned. Denied a discount in spite of the inconveniences.
I called 2 times so somebody would come and check in. Took over 20 minutes for someone to finally come.
We arrived to check in at 4pm on a Saturday. The door was locked and nobody was there. We weren't able to check in and ended up driving back home after the event we were in town for.
