The location of the hotel is convenient- just walking distance from the airport terminal service at the front desk is pathetic! i arrived at 2pm and was told check in is at 3pm and was told to return at 3pm. When i went back at 3pm i was curtly told rooms were not available and they don't know when they will be available as they did not have an update from housekeeping. They asked me to wait in the lobby and would let me know when a room was available. I waited and nobody bothered to keep me updated- when i approached the front desk at 4pm, they said a room was available and gave me the key. Not even a hint of an apology for keeping me waiting! the rooms are spacious but extremely noisy- you can hear people talking in the hallway, by the pool and even in adjacent rooms! the food options in the restaurant is quite mediocre. I don't think i will ever stay there again.
