angela.familyDec 09, 2024 The cottage was great but checking in was horrible. I stood in line for an hour just to check in (after sitting in line in the tiny parking lot for probable 15 minutes trying to get to a spot out of the way). The whole check in disaster almost ruined the stay for me.
melissa.familyDec 03, 2024 My family loved staying here. The room was cozy and was decorated with a Christmas tree. It had a large bathroom with an oversized soaking tub and separate shower. There was free shuttle service to Fantasy in Lights and free admission to the gardens where we got to see the interesting Birds of Prey show and visit the butterfly exhibit. I loved how all of the main buildings were beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would highly recommend staying at Callaway Gardens Resort and Spa.
We had a wonderful room with a wonderful view. The room was cozy modern and very clean.
Was good thought the seafood buffet sounded way better than it was for the cost, but enjoyed all other places we ate and drank at will definitely go back but avoid the buffets.
We love Calloway Gardens!
The property and gardens were lovely! Especially enjoyed the butterfly gardens.

Its a good experience if you never been and like walking trails. Very expensive and some things are limited to where you can go and do. Bring your own food, drink, and water will save you a ton. Depending on where you live, it can be a good drive. Really ot much atound it.
beverly.familyNov 15, 2024 I liked everything about it. The front entrance, front lobby, fireplace,room and etc. The only thing I didn't like was the prices on the food. I ordered shrimps 2 orders. It was 6 shrimps to an order for $38 and some change. Nothing else came with it.

tangela.partnerNov 11, 2024 This is a great place to quickly get away. We felt like we were in a nice oasis. The front desk staff are nice and there is concierge service right at the front door. They have a variety of dining options as well. The rooms are nice and very quiet.

linda.partnerNov 05, 2024 We really enjoyed being at the lodge. We visited the restaurant and lounge and tge food was great. The employees were very welcoming and cordial and our stay was wonderful. So much so that we are going back in December for Christmas in Lights!
Need to add coffee and tea station for guests.
Rooms need to be clean and kill all bugs inside

Cracked concrete on paths could be dangerous trip hazard. Some rotten wood on bridges could be unsafe. Paths not attended to as far as being cleaned and cleared a debris could be dangerous for bikers.
melanie.familyOct 15, 2024 We loved the quiet atmosphere and enjoyed the room. The only problem we had was the first room we were in had an air conditioner that stopped working. We were quickly moved to a room next door that was cool. We cannot wait to return. My husband already told me to plan our next trip.
