I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the rooms are fantastic.
The guest service at this resort is amazing. The front desk, valet, security, and housekeeping are all fantastic. The rooms and the view of Waikiki beach are beautiful. It could not have been more perfect. The best stay we’ve had anywhere.
We had 5 adults - the apartment was a good size. Nice big balcony with a view of the beach. Easy walk to groceries, dining, shops
pascale.familySep 29, 2024 Can’t beat the location - directly across the road from Waikīkī Beach, and surrounded by shopping and dining options. Our 2 bed apartment fit the 5 of us perfectly and gave us the independence we wanted. Kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms in good condition, and eating breakfast while staring at the ocean was a great way to start the day. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d emailed them a few times prior to arrival without response, which is why I marked them down on communication. Overall, recommend and would stay again

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower, thanks in large part to the incredible front desk staffs, special shout outs to front manager Mike, front desk staffs: Cindy, Tina and Jessica. They were welcoming, friendly, and extremely attentive to all my needs, making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
Additionally, the valet staff including AJ, Tony, and Jack were outstanding in their service. They were always prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist with any requests I had during my stay. Their professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.
I cannot recommend Aston Waikiki Beach Tower enough, besides the unbelievable location, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the team. Their dedication to guest satisfaction and genuine care for their patrons truly set this hotel apart. I will definitely be returning for another stay in the future!
Son's 21st birthday vacation
Hotel is a nice location since you can walk out of hotel and Waikiki beach is right there. They upgraded us to a ocean view room for our son's 21st birthday. Only problem is that we had water leakage from the hallway and in kitchen. It didn't happen till the last few days we stayed. We were there for a whole week. Entire staff was friendly, helpful, and available when we needed things.

Upon our early arrival, Mary kindly expedited our check-in process and even graciously upgraded our room. As we stepped into the lobby, we were welcomed with refreshing cool towels and cold beverages, setting the perfect tone for our stay. The valet staff displayed remarkable attentiveness, adding to the seamless and enjoyable experience. Throughout our time at the establishment, every member of the staff exuded warmth and friendliness, truly enhancing our overall impression of the hotel.
Amazing Oceanfront Condo to watch Waikiki Surfers
Amazing stay at the Aston Beach Tower. We stayed in a premium oceanfront condo with an amazing view of Waikiki Beach. Make sure you stay on a premium floor if you want an unobstructed view of the ocean, lower floors are blocked by the building in front. Property manager were very welcoming and accommodating. As we were two couples they pushed together the twin beds in 2nd room to better meet our needs. Condo is in a great location, easy walking distance to everything in Waikiki. One of the only condos in Waikiki where you can watch the surfers from your personal balcony. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely stay there again.
Loved the 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms (especially when traveling with 2 teenagers) and beautiful oceanfront views. Everything was very convenient and hassle-free. Valet attendant even remembered our room number, very impressive hotel staff. Would definitely return.
