The pool was terrible. It needs to be fixed really bad and in our room the toilet was trying to overflow every time we flushed it the water pressure and the shower sucks And It didn’t smell Very good in the room

jessica.familyOct 14, 2024 Its says in walking distance to local hot spots but the area was run down and not safe to be out walking. Lots of homeless people around the hotel and area. I didnt want to be out at dark coming back to hotel.
The inside of hotel was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Pool was not open. I won t stay here again.

porcha.family_with_childrenOct 07, 2024 I made reservations and paid online but when I got there it took 40 minutes to check in then was required a $60 deposit once in my room everything was fine until the kids used the bathroom and the toilet over flow onto the floor called downstairs to front desk 3 times and 4hours hours someone finally came up and switch us to a new room the next morning at check out time the manager went and check the room and brought a cover back and said he was keeping the deposit for a stain on the cover when they have to be washed any way and tried to argue me down of why the money was being taken then said he’ll just take $20 I was so angry me and my family couldn’t even enjoy our breakfast or stay for the price we paid and I think I got charged twice over looking receipts now maybe next time they’ll be more generous overall the kids did get to swim
Everything was fine until we found out vehicle was broken into.

It’s ok. Kinda rundown. I passed on the breakfast offering.
My only complaint is for the price this hotel should have been way more updated. Despite that, the staff was friendly and everything appeared to be clean and well-maintained. It was good for a one-night stay. Side note: get a new cereal dispenser that works.
