We booked this location cause it said it had bar and restaurant onsite...callesneven called asked before I booked ..was told they did and upon arrival
.. restaurant under construction and bar closed...the front desk clerk was very unknowledgeable about the area.. since bar was closed was recommended another place within walking distance and that place was closed ..and had been out of business since September.
.also my CC was over charged so still awaint credit on that
Room was fine but somebody smoked weed in the bathroom and when you ran the fan it’s smelled terrible.

Great breakfast/room … Thin walls
I was in town for a family emergency and this hotel was perfectly located for my needs. Having the grocery store steps away, shopping mall across the street as well as other close by dining options was key. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The #1 things for me was the staff who went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to us during this difficult trip. Triana will forever be in our hearts for her over the top kindness and help.
The property itself is very basic. No real restaurant, the bar was only partly open and even the vending machines have been removed since our last visit. But in the limited hours we found the bar open, the bartender was superb and the happy hour deals were awesome. Thank you.
We were very happy with the breakfast. Great location for us. Bed was comfortable.
Clean and very comfortable beds! Nice free breakfast even though it wasn’t clear online that there would be breakfast.

Will not stay here again. AC was blowing dirt on the bed. This hotel has no maintenance or cleaning.
Hotel needs updates. Room was ok. Coffee table was broken upon arrival, maintenance was quick to fix it. It was warm and humid in hallways. Pool was great. Check in staff was nice and friendly. Staff Saturday night was not friendly at all. Breakfast was good each day except Sunday - food empty, out of forks no staff came to check on any of the items the 30 minutes we sat there.
Nobody at reception desk on arrival. Only one elevator working. Average wait tim 3-4 minutes. Dark dingy rooms with worn furniture. Dirty hallways. Location overlooks service area of car dealership. Room key did not open outside entrance doors. When notified staff person did not offer an explanation or even apology. No breakfast service due to “ facility issues”. Entire property needs a major renovation.
Need I say more? A Motel 6 would have been better.
I woke up with bites on my arms and legs. They must have bedbugs. This is the worst Holiday Inn express I have ever stayed in.
