Poor Stay

This hotel rooms don’t have usb connections to charge mobile. They said whole building no isb connection. Also there is no kettle and no bathroom amenities at least they should keep dental kit. No response for anything. I requested for hot water, the lady said it is charge of 10 dollar 80 cents. I shifted the hotel.

Location is bad, not close to downtown, food is ok, rest is zero, pool was closed, no access to half of te hotel.

Poor Stay

Front desk staff was okay. One person at bell desk was very rude in behavior. One baldy chap at bell desk was extremely nice and helpful. Over all experience not good. My room phone never worked despite assurances by the staff concerned. I will never recommend this hotel to my friends or others.

The hotel is bit far from the main attractions at Vegas. However, the rates versus the hotel room and availability of public transport offsets the distance. I would really recommend to go for this hotel. The hospitality needs to better since no one picks the call at reception and generally there is a queue - perhaps less staff at reception could be the reason.
