I would advise you to look elsewhere. First I went through hell getting. I called to see what all I needed to bring when I came to checkin the man told me the amount and my dl i was like ok because I wanted to have the correct amount no extra cash . Once I got there they added $200 cash for me and kids. After paying we received keys to room 215 1st. That room had roaches living in the ac unit as soon as I pulled the pillow from headboard roaches went scattering. I went to ask for refund she told me to try another room. All together I looked at 215, 217,218,312, and 115. Each room was has roach problems 217 had bedbugs. (Luckily we never brought our things out the car) I room even had a roach motel laying in the trash back from 04/23.

bobbie.familyOct 03, 2024 The staff was amazing. 0 issues customer service wise and very friendly. The location is terrible. There were people selling drugs out of the room next to us and in the parking lot. People visibly nodding out in the parking lot. The room was filthy. The room was infested with roaches and bed bugs. We were there for 6 hours and immediately got a refund and switched hotels. Tbh the photos do the hotel way more justice than reality and the building should probably be condemned. Please do not stay here. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life and there is a reason it is so cheap.

mr a.family_with_childrenSep 25, 2024 On the beach. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were nice. Had we been able to get a total refund and stayed somewhere else, we would have in a heartbeat. It's a roach motel. Front desk was made aware, they blew it off. The day we left, we stripped the pillows and the beds to help the housekeeping staff (we always do everywhere we stay) and there were BED BUGS on the pillows. Thank God when we first got there we put them in the drawers of the dresser because we had brought our own pillows. The mattresses had covers on them, and we didn't see any bed bugs on the actual beds and didn't get any bites. Totally disgusting. The mattresses are awful. There is little to no ventilation in the rooms. There is an AC unit in the back room, and it connects via a small vent in the front room but barely works. The carpet in the back room stayed wet the entire time and smelled mildewy. The pool is small, but the deep end is 8 feet. They provide tiny pots and pans so if you have more than one person to cook for, bring your own cooking items if you don't want to have to buy some while you're there. They do provide cooking utensils (still, bring your own) and plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, and 2 sets of silverware. We bought disposable everything. The stove is tiny and so is the oven, plan accordingly. They also provide dish soap since there is no dishwasher. No microwave. The toilets are so small that they could be used in a preschool. Excellent water pressure. Will never go back.
robert.partnerSep 22, 2024 The first hour of being there I would have rated a 1, but this place grew on me. First was cash deposit only, and I had to use the atm inside office. The fee was 6 dollars to pull cash from atm. I was on 3rd floor above office. Elevator is on the opposite end. I used the stairs for my whole stay. First impression of the 2 bedroom I stayed in- was kinda of musty. The view was amazing. 1st bedroom looking over pool and ocean. Just open your blinds and wake up to ocean waves. 2nd bedroom had large windows and can see over the main road and view of ocean. The 2nd bedroom had 2 beds and amazing views of everything. Everything was clean and had many towels. At first with the smell was like oh what did I book, but I ended up loving the room. I was close to pool and walking to beach was a breeze. The staff was nice and easy to talk to. Parking lot is small and only can park on the right side of parking lot. 1 snack machine was on my side which takes card or cash, but the coke machine below only takes cash. I believe I had the best room on 3rd floor right above office. I would definitely book here again just for that room!

shelby.family_with_childrenSep 03, 2024 We stayed here for 3 days with our 3 children , nothing fancy but not too bad. We never got our room cleaned the 3 days we were there. ( Just needed sand vacuumed up for the beachtl that the kids drug in ) & The pool had kids about 12/13 cussing & fighting loading so we had to leave the pool. Needs upgrading but for a 3 night stay it was do able
This hotel should shut down immediately. The grounds are disgusting. Smell of weed and cigarettes are everywhere. I passed someone pooping down the hall on the way to my room. Human feces everywhere. Cigarette butts all by the pool deck. Dogs barking everywhere. Carpet in room so gross couldn't walk without shoes. Bathroom so gross kids wouldn't even shower. Awful. Shut this place down.

samantha.familyAug 18, 2024 This property was really bad. It had mold in the room. Really old hotel. No microwave to warm up food. Roaches alot!! Water leaking from the ceiling light in the bathroom. This person that owns this hotel is a slum lord!! Then I was sent to Ocean plaza also owned by them. I looked at one room and got trapped in there. Their phone did not work. House keeping had to get the door handle off to set me free. These 2 properties have been reported to the board of health and better business bureau. Stay away from hotels!!
