The room was v small and was so much noise though i kept the window closed not able to sleep properly one good thing was airport shuttle where u are able to get a free ride from the hotel to the airport. Other wise an avarege hotel

Location is one of the biggest advantage. Located near station and park, it has good accessibility.

Stay was good, nice location, shuttle service to and fro Penn Stn and airport nice. Overall good one.

Good location. Excellent pick up and drop from Airport and penn Station. Breakfast needs improvement.

Unfriendly staff

The hotel is neat and clean with tidy rooms. The rooms are little expensive for the price we pay. My concern was that I didn’t find the staff friendly and helpful. Lost some money due to poor guidance from their end on local commute.
