Hotel was under construction
This Days Inn is a dump! There are signs indicating the property is under renovation, but it's beyond that and should be demolished. It's currently a temporary housing facility for Syracuse, operated by Orientalis LLC....and it shows! I've never stayed in a hotel in such disrepair!
steve.friendsNov 12, 2024 The breakfast options were a bit slim, but more importantly, the shower was clearly not designed for people of above average hight. This was exacerbated by the fact that the cold water came out the shower and the hot water came out the tub spout. So my ankles were burning while my neck was freezing ( hard the get my head under the shower). A bad shower really puts a damper on a stay, but other than that, nice facility.

Sink was leaking, heard it all night, floor was doaked in the morning. Breakfast was decent.
Half the outlet in the “bathroom” didn’t work.. mattress was gross under the sheets and not comfortable .. wood floors not carpet like photographed.. missing telephone , bad smell in the lobby and hallways. Bathroom door hits the toilet
I know they have signs saying you under renovation.. but NOT ONE WORD while booking the rooms look nothing like the room i stayed in.. I wish I could upload a photo

The hotel and room were seedy and dirty. The floor in the room was sticky. There was a hole cut in the bathroom door to clear the toilet. I have a photo but I can’t figure out how to attach it. The “continental breakfast” was very limited. I couldn’t have cereal because the milk was bad. How can milk be bad first thing on a Monday morning?? The garbage right next to the coffee pot was overflowing. The whole experience was horrible.
Hotel is very old and dirty. Outlets loose from the wall. Shower enclosure coming loose from the wall.
The staff were all very unpleasant and very unprofessional. They were dressed completely inappropriately, in ripped jeans and t-shirts, giving the immediate impression to customers that this hotel is second rate, which it was.
This hotel was disgusting. I will never stay at a Days inn again
Enough coffee tea in the hallway and general continental breakfast .
Night time check- in staff was friendly and engaging. Recently "renovated" room was incomplete, bathroom yet to finished. The holes in the curtains looked like a scene from a horror movie when the morning sun beamed. Hallways are a disaster with wall dings, paint chipped off doors and persistent smell of bleach.
Our night manager on duty eas fantastic! The room was disgusting. Dirty, beds were half made and tge room smelled of rotten food and smoke. The breakfast was limited. Trash was overflowing, plates were emptly. No forks. All while two lazy employee's sat behindthe desk.
mostafizul.familyOct 17, 2024 Only it was cheap with breakfast, still not worth it. Rooms are dirty and smelly, washroom below average, whole place is dirty. Alicia was helpful. Good location but needs a complete renovation.

There is construction going on currently.the staff very polite. Breakfast was good they offered coffee, tea, apple and orange juices make your own waffles, eggs and sausages. Cereal and milk, yogurt apples, bananas, plates condiments forks spoons
Room 122 was very dusty, ac unit alot of condensationthat puddle on the floor. The walls were wet especially around the the windows. There was a splatter in the bathroom. There was dust at the base of the lamps, at the top of the curtains and there we spiders in the which I didn't discover until Sunday. The last day of my trip. The staff was great. Anything I needed the where able to get it. Garbage bags, toothbrush, and when I told them about the puddle the gave me towels.
Very friendly staff..basic amenities..great coffee..it was just fine for us!
elaine.familyOct 14, 2024 Should of been told that the hotel was under construction when booking. Only way we knew was signs saying “sorry under construction. No blanket on the bed just sheets and was almost done with my morning shower before the water got anywhere near hot.
