Our stay at the Courtyard was nice. We were on the 2nd floor at the front of the building so a but of noise in the evening. The breakfast and breakfast staff were good. I might suggest adding pancakes and a side of toast to menu. The evening menu was ok. Need some revamping of the dining area. The yellow sling back chairs were hard to move on carpet and some of the banquets were at an odd angle to the table. Overall, the lobby and dining area need warming up- try rail related decor or peanuts characters. Did not see printed tourist info available - yes some of still like printed info.

We had a two queen beds. Across from them were oversized furniture making the aisle at the end of our beds narrow. We couldn’t pass by each other unless one of us moved to the side of the bed. The door handle in the bathroom was loose. Outside our room was a train track & trash bin ( early hours hotel staff would throw bags away - it was noisy). We could also hear the elevator from our room & the heat/a/c unit when it came on was very noisy. We did not sleep well. On top of all of that, when we entered the room, it smelled like someone had been smoking weed in there. We cracked the window to try to air it out but there was still a smell in the bathroom.

The tv didnt work on artival. Which is ok, but we only found out after settling in. Had to move rooms. Wifi is ridiculously slow...reminiscent of dial up days. Staff, great.

I liked everything about the property and staff at the hotel. The only minor criticism I can share is that the Starbucks coffee did not measure up to other Starbucks franchises that I frequent.
