Not worth the price they ask (

All their rooms have window facing towards some apartment building. So you cannot open window. The staff is very rude & uncaring. The room does not have basic things like “black tea” or “creamer/ milk powder”. And if you ask the staff for any help, the only answer you get is “sorry we can’t”. And the price that this hotel demands is crazy high!

Excellent property with very clean and immaculate rooms providing every amenity that one may need. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. It was so relaxing to have a drink at the beautiful sky lounge which offers a breath-taking view of the city and the tay ho river. It was overall a very satisfying experience. Thank you

Fraser suites hanoi tower b, is a luxurious residence, seamlessly run by team fraser. Gorgeous panoramic views of west lake, contemporary and chic interiors, fabulous marble spacious bathroom, air-conditioning that actually works as per the temperature you desire, and warm and amazing service. Would definitely stay here again. Kudos team fraser.

Food is nice staff is polite nice room. We asked for pasta veg in breakfast. They served taste is very nice

The terrace lounge was great. We also got discount on food and drinks 🍹🚩the staff was courteous. Even gave me his lighter for my cigar. Enjoyed my cigars
