Good location, staff is also good, good price for food and drinks. The street is a bit noisy and the late night party sound doesn't stop.

Best part of this hotel is its location, right in the middle of bui vien street but it’s not noisy inside rooms. The staff is very friendly and cooperative understands english very well. They have a rooftop bar as well which gives you 20% discount if you’re staying in hotel. Breakfast spread is also lavish except that they don’t have any option for vegetarians. Except this point everything is 10/10.

Good room and food. found location by Google map. staffs were very friendly with smile and politeness. Received walm welcome and hospitality. Also received 20% discount at the restaurent❤️

Perfect location of the hotel, friendly staff, all the popular attractions nearby. In the night the street lights up like crazy, good for having a beer or two and party

2night long stay wanted to rent a motor bike the receptionists deceived like scammers. They seemed to judge you by your appearance. The breakfast options were very less. But coffee omlette and bacon were there in lesser quantity that will not let you have more than one of anything on your plate. The receptionists seemed to be the real scammers. Room came with small lizards. They charged 3star hotel cost. I stayed in smaller hotels having more cleanliness than this one.

Although i booked and paid for room with breakfast but they don't have facility for breakfast. So, i was disappointed. Otherwise, location of the hotel is good. Few indian & pakistani restaurant nearby. Beautiful view of westlake.

The receptionist welcomed all the guests with a welcome drink. The hotel check-in and check-out process were very smooth. The hotel is very neat and clean. Morning breakfast with different varieties was awesome.

It was a wonderful experience stay at this hotel. Very clean room, linen and rest room were met our expectations. The staff were all very helpful and especially n hat duy was super responsive and helped us in what ever was our request. This hotel is also located in bustling area and lot of indian restaurant are around. Most of the must see places are around this area. I would love to come back here.

Staff is kind and good. They struggle a bit to speak english but never fail to help. They helped us book a cab for early morning flight. Early check in and etc location is good its on the bu i en street which is famous for being sleepless.

The property was excellent and the staff especially manager was very courteous and helpful. They provide us veg breakfast on our request at very short notice. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is near to the city prime spots. But it is located near bui vien walking street which may not be ideal for family. I didn't know it before booking. Indian food is not available but they were courteous enough to make it post our request. Communication with some of the hotel staff can be a challenge as english is not easily understood here.
