Rooms were clean. No balcony. Lot of noise from the road. No charging points near the bed. Not value for money

Hotel is very centrally located n we had really good time. Old wing rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and all necessities are just walking distance to the hotel.

During our three-day stay, we were captivated by the grandeur of the architecture, the impeccable service, and the well-maintained facilities. The staff was attentive and courteous, making every effort to enhance our stay. The rooms were spacious and tastefully designed, reflecting the hotel's legacy while providing all the modern amenities. The rooftop view of the city was breathtaking, especially during the evenings, adding to the charm of the experience. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or someone seeking luxury, hotel grand saigon offers the perfect balance. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It’s more than just a stay; it’s an experience to cherish.

It was a perfect stay everything was good. Room, clean, sitting room, breakfast. Staff well behaved. Most important all can speak english

The place exudes old world charm with all modern amenities. Spacious rooms, plenty of natural light and above helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows, nothing over the top, but just right. They make all the difference

The hotel though located in a very good area, does not exclude any thing a five star hotel has. Very average rooms very poor and bad tasting breakfast. No restaurant staff speaks or understands english. Poor room lighting and even charge for a bottle of water in the room thru housekeeping.

Very good and strategic location. Walk around nice places, near to river side. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Sleep quality very good. A coffee shop and restaurant on rooftop. Many eateries around.

The rooms are slightly older and you get that feel even when you enter the main lobby that it’s an old hotel. The location is very central and very good. However, there are plenty of modern hotels in the vicinity (district 1) that one can consider. They shut breakfast at 9. 30am! who does that and the breakfast staff is very curt and rude about it and secondly, it’s a nightmare for vegetarians as they barely serve food. Even the separate vegan breakfast which they put contains eggs. If you ask them for anything outside that like say some coriander to add to the food or some pure vegetarian breakfast to be prepared specifically, they flatly refuse. Their arrogance is very high and they don’t want to serve their guests anything further than what’s laid down. Will not come back or recommend anyone to avoid this hotel as there are plenty of options available in district 1

Had a wonderful time. Location is great with a wonderful view from the terrace overlooking the saigon river. Staff is courteous. Breakfast spread was nice.

Excellent location probably the best. Immediate upgrade to Riverside view. Roof top restaurant is excellent. Lot of options for vegetarians in breakfast.

The vegetarian morning buffet menu is not great. The hospitality was great but when we faced a burglary outside the Hotel they refused to help much with their camera feed. Rest stay and overall behaviour of the staff was good.
