    Worst customer service

    Hotel room and amenities are really good with good property location, but breakfast varieties are not at all there, no proper customer service, worst laundry service i found in entire vietnam. They misplaced one item and tried to put the blame on customer, forcing us to accept the same. Then after giving the logic to them and told them that will not pay them back they waived off the laundry amount. Be aware before you give anything for laundry. And lastly be super careful with one guy in the reception who for everything he will blame you only and he is very harsh
