The food queue was 30 min during 7:30-9. The options are good though for food. Bathrooms are outdated and the hotel needs a revamp.

In spite of paying 51k for 2 rooms, they do not even give u basics like drinking water in the room

Stayed with my family including 2 teenage daughters ,smooth checkin , theme parks tickets given as a part of booking only , sea world adjoining park is great , Sea world cruises & helicopter was nearby njoyed , swimming pool was quite big with kids water sports , Bfast was widespread but crowded , there’s was a waiting queue tho staff was managing it well. Rooms were Gud , maintained & clean . Public transport bus too was nearby , 10min walk .

Far away from the center, no restaurants around. Food at the restaurant was not great.

The hotel is right next to the Sea world theme park. Loved the courtesy, ambience and love we felt during our stay. The sea world theme park is a must visit during any Australia tour. The food and the drinks lounge in the hotel was something we enjoyed a lot!

Some site rate this hotel as 4. 5 & some 5 star hotel. According to me it not more than 3 star hotel. There are no of reasons why 1) Hotel is not renovated from many years, it looks very out dated one 2) When you enter the room it looks like some military camp. 3) The check out time is 10:00 AM who keeps such rubbish time. If you exceed the time you are charged 15$ per hour. 4) It's located in such an end no public transportation is available. It's like other end of gold coast 5) Door Locker & Safe Vault are so outdated, you would feel like coming in late 19 century.
