The hotel was excellent for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Comfy bed had the basics did the job
Room was very clean with good amenities. Good location within walkable distance to the shops, and for the price I can say this was an enjoyable stay.
Property not as described. Room amenities state a bathroom but they have a shared bathroom. Also nowhere to park. They were happy to organise a refund which is the only plus.

I didn't stay. straight after I was made to use the internet to book,even though I was physically there at the Ryde Hotel. I went to get key and the server behind the bar refused me my stay and said he had refunded me my money. He did not and I was left stranded in Sydney for the night because I needed my money back to rebook another room at another location. I had to sleep at the train station till the morning as there were no more trains to Oberon 3hrs away. I'm angry and I was scared and I want my money back today please
Staff were amazing, food was great, beds were very comfortable!
No parking even though there was a car park area. Was told I couldnt park in it and had to find a park on the street. Had to drive around for 15-20 mi jted before locating one.
alexia.familyMar 18, 2023 In my haste to book a single night at late notice . I didn’t realise this hotel was above a pub and had shared bathroom facilities. This would have been fine, except that check in with three kids at night meant we had to walk through the bar area, tired and with luggage. It was hard to find where to check in. Bathrooms and sinks inside the room were not very clean. There was a smoky smell from years of being above a pub and my daughters asthma flared up.The beds were comfortable and the location suited us, but we would not return. Relatively cheap for Sydney but not brilliant given we didn’t have a toilet.
Convenient for my needs at the time.

the one toilet for quite a few rooms was a little inadequate, the pub was nice tho, decent food and good beer
