Good hotel in a good location
We stayed for 3 nights and the room was comfortable, spacious and ideal for what we needed. It’s a small hotel too so was quiet.
Staff were very helpful, even checked us in early as room was ready. Can also leave luggage of arriving early or need somewhere to store it after checkout.
Location was 5 mins or so from Central station and Haymarket light rail is even closer.
No catering available but so many places around the immediate area you don’t need it and it’s a short walk or tram ride to other places too. So don’t let that put you off.

Great location handy to central station. Simple room with comfy beds. Bathroom set up a bit weird but didn’t disturb a great stay.

Really close to Central Station so getting around Sydney was a breeze. Great views from the room and comfortable bed.
Small hotel in Haymarket-Chinatown. Couple who ran it were very nice and accommodating. Only hotel on trip that made a genuine effort to refrain from scented products. Woman was very good at assisting with directions on transit. Room was very clean. Nice tile in bathroom shower. Air conditioning in excellent order. Cool and quiet. Refrigerator was good. Lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Furniture is a bit dated but bed was comfortable. Nice towels.
Early arrival but reception happy to store my bag till room was ready.

Hotel was in great position for Central Station and CBD shopping.
We liked the proximity to the Central Railway Station, the cleanliness of the room, it was fairly quiet on Sat night as it was off a side street, the sheets were cotton & crisp, the bed was large & reasonably comfortable.
What we didn't like was that we had to get a customer staying the night before, to ring the reception before a young man came. He promised to meet us at reception at 2pm but after ringing the bell and banging on the door, guests came in using their card and we entered the building but still could not contact anyone. Finally the cleaner arrived and gave us the card and instructions on how to get into our room. We were very annoyed and very tired from our journey. The hotel staff need to improve their performance!!

Great place to stay! Location was perfect! Love the bathroom! Large, and the shower area was Amazing!
Property was neat and clean, comfortable bed. Check in was easy. Property near plenty of eateries. Extra things like slippers, safe, face washer, tea making facilities etc which you don't normally get in a hotel of this price.
