There was cockroaches in the room and the rooms were too small no space to even walk and the price was more so overall not a good experience.

Dirty bathroom, stinky floor, dirty bedsheet. Holes on comforter. We booked it just for a day but it is just waste of money

I had mentioned 1 adult and a single bed obviously. I was giving twin beds which gets apart in the middle of night which lead a serious injury on my body.

Found the hotel The staff is overall good. There was a 18 year young boy at the lobby who was very friendly. Meantime one of the staff boys taked us rude one day while we were asking extra key. He even refused to get extra key payment by cash and talked us harshly. The room bed sheet is torn a bit and only small pieces of sheets were there to cover the body from cold which are not bedsheets at all. The Breakfast room was not very attractive and clean. The breakfast staff gets a lot of time to prepare the meals so we had to skip the meal

The room was small and unclean, full of cigarette smell, it was claustrophobic with ac making noise every 10-15 mins, couldn't sleep well. We had asked for a change of room on day 1, but were denied saying it's fully occupied, where people were checking in front of us. We would want a refund of the stay here.

location was okay but staff was not welcoming and friendly. rooms lack basis amenities like cups, kettle etc. upon asking reception guys were rude to arrange.

Staff was not welcoming and friendly and basic amenities like kettle, cups were missing and room key was given next day upon repeated asking so won't stay or recommend to anyone unless you just want to sleep and have tight budget go for it.

Worst service by the hotel. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Dirty bedsheets. Room is in very bad condition. Too much noisy and light at night so we couldn’t sleep properly. Breakfast not given no refund for breakfast

I had book my two days stay at this place and i reach at hotel and they not allowed checkin and my wife and 1 year baby not allowed checkin and make them wait for 2 hours and make my trip also not helped

In images the hotel room nice but when i visited the hotel room they not like the same and 2 time i change the room for bad smells.the boy on the reception don't know how to talk.

Not a pleasant stay, room was pathetic with dingy rooms no ventilation nor windows, stinky n dirty carpet. Room service was bad. Staff were very lethargic. Also the taxi service to the airport was delayed almost missed our flight

Overall bad experience

One receptionist staff named aisel helped us only on the first day, they don't take care of cleanliness, they don't take care of damaged things in the room, they don't give us correct information even when we contact them and ask. They don't pay attention to the guests. They haven't cleaned our room also.
