Rooms were not upto the standard, basic amenities such as wifi was poor, breakfast was same for all the days

Rooms were very clean and big. But quite disappointed at the same time as the wifi signal was very poor in our room and nobody took efforts to better it although we stayed there for 6 nights and last 2 days there was some issues with bathroom pipeline and the bathroom was stinking too much

Basic ammenities were not upto the mark, wifi connectivity was weak, bed was not very comfortable, breakfast didnt have much variety moreover was same every day. Toothbrush and paste wasn’t provided

The ac is leaking in the room and the night lamps are not working. There is a power fluctuation in the room. We stayed there for 3 nights and each day while we are going out we raised a complaint and after the tour while coming at night to the room it will be same and nothing is fixed. Again the complaints continue next morning but still it is same.

Loved the location. Bfast was great for people who eat european/american bfast. We loved it. Rooms were spacious and ac was great. Unlike some comments i read. Also the nearby shops bravo and all are really good. We liked it in all aspect

Decent room in excellent location

Rooms are decent, but little old, food is average, a/c can be better, excellent location, very close to fountain square and nizami street
Great stay and staff was awesome. Rooms are very spacious. Hotel is in the heart of city and 10 mins walking from nizami street. Breakfast options are limited for vegetarian people.

Food - breakfast needs more variety as it’s similar every day location - convenient and easy to go around from hotel walking or by car staff - friendly and young waiters and reception - pleasure to have met them specially reception staff very helpful facilities - the executive room was beautiful - the hotel decor is victorian and pleasing to the eye. Carpets are old and need to be replaced, the ac was not cooling very well.

Ac was not working. There was no ventialtion in the room. The breakfast buffet was very bad, and had insects all over it. We called the room service but nobody came to solve our problems. When we mentioned these problems during our checkout, the staff said it was governments fault and not theirs. Please do not recommend such hotels.

I have booked sapphire inn for my stay in baku. The location was perfect it is very close to nizami street which seems to be value addition for this property. The staff is very good, soft spoken and cooperative. I would highly recommend this property for stay. I really appreciate mr. Samir and mr. Taimur for their support during our stay.

Poor hospitality, below avarage breakfast. When asked for adding some vegetarian options, they added rice in breakfast.

The service staff was very laid back and didn’t bother with the room cleaning for 2 days! after finally repeated yelling, they just cleaned the wc and made a shoddy bed at 11:30 in the night!

Location: excellent, very near to all attractions of old baku and nizami street rooms: excellent, neat and comfortable breakfast buffet: enough options for non-vegetarians, but literally nothing for vegetarians, can't complain much about it as hotels go by what majority of guests eat. Staff behaviour: good

Horrible stay

We have faced a lot of problems in the hotel. Too much dirty. Bathroom was full of water n they don't even clean bathrooms basin pipes was open water drown in the floor.
