Khamsum Inn

I stayed at this property for 2 nights with family. I recommend this Khamsum Inn for everyone. First of all, all the staffs are really helpful and vibrant, no artificiality. They are all nice like other bhutanese people. Secondly, the rooms are big, beds are comfortable, spacious bathroom. Absolutely cleaned and no bad bad smell. Thirdly, the restaurant also caters good food. Don't miss red rice, thukpa and ema datshi there and ever smiling service makes you happy. A wonderful staff. We got complimentary breakfast. So many items, so many option. Enjoyed fully. I would like to mention the staffs like leki, namgin , purnima and drupchhu who make my stay homely. They are all superb! Only deficiency in the Khamsum Inn i found the absence of elevator. An older people find it hard to use stair.

Place is adjacent to local market, restaurant etc.
This Khamsum Inn has the best service of all in terms of hospitality, friendly behaviour, especially the staffs are well trained to fulfil needs as a guest. Loads of thanks to the kitchen staffs for arranging late night dinner even though kitchen time was over. Also the 24 hours reception responds to each and every guest feedback. Well mannered, humble. Tenzin namgay, leki dendup, dupchu wangdi. It was a very nice interaction with each and every staffs. Nearby to market and definitely the best place so far to stay.

Ideal location, just a 5 minutes walk away from the police signal in the center of the city and 12 minutes walk from the bus station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Inbuilt heater facility saved my life owing to the cold temperatures outside. Room service is OK too.
Perfect Khamsum Inn to opt for a touristy visit to Thimpu. The location of the Khamsum Inn is ideal, clean rooms and very spacious too. They offered a welcome drink which was the first time I received one of such sorts in a Khamsum Inn in Bhutan and the staff were courteous. Room service is OK too.

Stayed there for three nights in the premium suite of Khumsum Inn in November. The suite is a treat. Very comfortable. The main usp of the Khamsum Inn is its staff. Helped me tremendously when my motorcycle broke down. The Khamsum Inn is located in a very nice neighbourhood. Also there is a nice and famous indian restaurant as well as restaurants serving butane se cuisine nearby if you don't want to eat at the Khamsum Inn. Overall a very nice stay.

Hotel is nearest to Thimphu main road. It is easy find out the Khamsum Inn location. Service of the Khamsum Inn is awesome. Guide which was provide by the Khamsum Inn was quite good and well behavior in nature. Food service was also good. Overall I love stay again in that Khamsum Inn if I will go there.

The location of Khamsum Inn is fine. But the Khamsum Inn has no lift and it has 3rd floor. Those who are staying at 3rd floor they have faced some problem. Regarding food there is enough area to improve. Above all the service is excellent.
Regarding room all the rooms are not in equal size. We have booked three room, out of three two rooms are specious and attache balcony is there. Another 1 room is not that much spacious and no balcony is there.

The room was comfortable and the staffs were cordial and courteous. It was an honor to meet receptionist at the reception. The staff behavior, the room cleanliness and quality was really good. Located near clock tower and at proper thimpu. All shops and market area is nearby.

It was a good Khamsum Inn in front of Bhutan gate. Hotel owner/ manager was a helpful through out the time. Room service was immediately provided over one call. It was quite affordable too.

We stayed in Thimphu bonly for a day, and it was Worth the price we paid. Location of the Khamsum Inn is near to the down town area. The Khamsum Inn also has a functioning restaurant which provides you with decent food.

The Khamsum Inn staffs are very very helpful, food quality is very good. I thank to make my trip for making connection with this Khamsum Inn. I with my family are very happy for staying three days at this Khamsum Inn.

The Khamsum Inn is located centrally very accessible and easy to locate, the staff's are really nice and friendly the only thing missing is non veg food item's as in the house restaurant only serves vegetarian food.
