    In so paulo we stayed in hotel amalia. It was a good hotel. The room was big enough and we were comfortable. They served good breakfast. Their kitchen was clean and they kept it open with confidence for the guests to see. Communication was bit of a problem. Only last day we met one person who could speak english and while we were waiting outside for taxi, he came out and warned about phone snatching by cyclists. They don't have a restaurant. Reception is small. In corridor they had motion sensing lighting which was good. Across the road there is a small shop where you should buy water, they charge more for water. When you come out, very near at the corner there's a small restaurant where you can buy food. Was value for money.
