Très belle hôtel mais commodités réduite , pas beaucoup de stationnement, donc obliger de se stationner ailleur , trois étages pas d'assensseur. Service très lent au restaurant de l hotel. Matelas correct mais sans plus. Points positifs, les chambres sont très belle et ont un cachet particulier.

le signal tv ouff et le wifi se déconnecte et très lent impossible d'écouter striming cest de la marde quand car rien a faire a baie comeau de plus ma réservation étais de 444$ et il mon facturer 520$

This is a very central location. I was on second floor. Smelled cigarette - would benefit changing the carpets.
The hotel is kind of rustic which gives it charm and lots of old looking wood decoration. Staff needs a pep talk. Mostly students or intl students?; polite but have no sense of service to clients. Do not go overboard on explaining where the parking is. Disd not know the parking rule on the front street. One of them spoke some sort of teenage growling. The bar is nice and you can get a decent beer and some food. Useful place for quick short business station. Room was comfir but toilet bowl is literally installed across the door between you and the sink.. Weirdest design ever seen.

when arriving to check in, no one was at the front desk. After about a 15 minute wait What appeared to be the cleaner came to check us in. When asked about Parking for the hotel, we weren’t giving any clear instructions and had to find a place to park ourselves. The hotel had very good ratings, however It was very dated.
Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant and bar are appealing but the menu is lacking in my opinion
Great place to stay for a couple of days. Note, for those with mobility issues, no elevators.
On a l’impression de revenir dans les années 60. La décoration, les lits mal faits, le personnel très peu accueillant. Nous avions juste hâte de continuer notre route..
