Excellent location nearby indian restaurants room equipped with kitchen kitchen has all gadgets like induction, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, cuttlerty, utensils, coffee maker, kettle
laundromat machines are available with in building which costs only 6 cad for one week laundry
well maintained heating/cooling system staff is courteous and are helping however if you are looking for a lavish buffet breakfast then you will be disappointed as it's not the case. Here breakfast consist of fruits, yogurt, croissant cakes only overall comfortable stay

Town inn suites is a wonderful property with all amenities of a 4-5 star hotel and convenience of home, especially with the included kitchen and utensils. The complimentary continental breakfast is a typical european style juice/tea/coffee with a croissant, muffins, fruits and yoghurt in a cramped room, which is avoidable. Otherwise the location and the property itself is highly recommended.
Property was good and centrally located in downtown toronto. Suites were clean but their housekeeping services were horrible. We left our suite at 10am and requested the housekeeping lady on the floor to clean our suite while we were gone and on our return at 2:30 pm the suite was still not done. Finally i got a hold of her, since front desk was unhelpful and housekeeping was not answering the phone, and she claimed that it was not on her list but came in and just fixed the bed and changed the towels. Nothing else! will hesitate to go back there on my next visit

I made complain to make my trip by email but they did not resolve my issue. This is very poor apartment hotel. All the balcony and windows are permanently closed. No breakfast facility. Rooms are smelly. Very poor quality pillows.
