The facility is too loud and doesn’t offer a peaceful sleep. They have loud parties over the rooms and after parties cleaning is done at midnight and goes through until 2 or 3 am.
We woke up extremely tired!

These " Air fresheners" are very harmful to your health new studies show. Many people are allergic. They basically pollute the air.

It would be great if you could remove these perfumes at least from the room where people sleep in.
The last hotel I stayed in , I was sneezing for 2 hrs and I had a runny nose, after I removed and put the " air freshener" outside.
It seems to be very popular in El Salvador.
But the chemicals in there are not good for the body!

El personal es muy atento i amable empezando desde el personal de parqueo. Hasta el personal de limpieza todos fueron extremadamente amables. Atención al cliente muy buena. Recomendado.
jose.family_with_childrenSep 25, 2024 We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's not your fancy 5 star hotel. It has all your basic needs. Hot water, free breakfast, free hotel parking and it's very clean. The entrance is very unique. We traveled as a family of five. I was glad they were able to accommodate us, most places were telling us we needed to get 2 rooms. All in all we have no complaints.
The property is ok but a/c did not work properly and was hot at night cause the air flow was very low and the unit is too high
And there are too many straight dogs in the street and thy bark at night so much that they don’t let sleep
Great hotel! We were incredibly impressed with the hotel and our room. Walking distance to lots of shops. Spacious room and bathroom with a balcony looking down to the street. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly! Be sure to check out the terrace on the third floor, great view of La Catedral.

alicia.familyAug 13, 2024 We did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. But, the hotel is old and needs improvements. The WiFi comes in and out, there are no curtains on the windows, there is no furniture or nightstands for suitcases or bags, no mini-fridge, there are not enough working outlets, the water is not hot, so loud outside, step and down from bathroom is awkward. We left after one night. Stay at Boca Olas, Hyatt Centric or Barcelo instead.
I didn’t like that they had receptions going on the 2 days I stayed and made my stayed uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was good. Service was great. Weird place since it has a lot history it gave me chills to stay there.
All the staff was wonderful from the parking lot attendant to the breakfast servers just everyone
It was perfect the staff was amazing
The rooms were tiny, the outside is very nice but the room itself is so dirty and small . I would not stay here again
