Very friendly and helpful staff
Place is nice, staff are helpful and kind, the only thing is that it is a bit of a walk to the city centre but the train is near by so that is helpful. Great place for families and people who are staying for longer due to the facilities (kitchen)

También tiene la opción de comprar el desayuno, que es bueno. El personal de recepción es colaborador. En las habitaciones más grandes, caben perfectamente, cuatro personas. Las camas se pueden recoger a la pared. Hay una pequeña terraza donde se puede comer. La cocina tiene platos, utensilios de cocinas, y todo para preparar una comida de paso. El sitio queda a dos cuadras de la Alcaldía y allí hay buenas opciones de comidas. Al lado del hotel hay un Carrefour. Buen sitio.

However, most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Unfortunate as everything else was great but I won’t be staying with them again. Far too uncomfortable!

Les studios sont propres et confortables avec une déco sympa. Le personnel à l'accueil est agréable et compétent, ils ont toujours tout fait pour nous arranger. Merci à eux.

La répartition des zones des circulation piéton/ cycliste/ auto est mal gérée dans le quartier autour de l'hôtel : ça incite à traverser en dehors des passages piéton,et le risque d'une colision entre les isagers de la route en est accrue.
Je n'ai pas attendu longtemps en sortant de l'hôtel pour être témoin de la prise charge d'un piéton dans une telle situation.
L'hôtel n'est pas responsable de ces choix.

Habitación limpia y bien equipada.
La ubicación no está alejada del centro y la habitación estaba límpia y el acceso al pkg directo es directo por el ascensor. Yo lo considero de 4 estrellas y superior a otros de esra categoría en los que he estado recientemente. Muy recomendable.
