Great location, good ambience and facilities. Breakfast was good. Toilet, shower and basin were separated.

Novotel Paris centre Bercy is best option for stay if u plan to visit Paris. This hotel is just 500mts away from metro. Line 6 & Line 14 which will help u to cover complete Paris including Disney connection. Or you can walk 10 min to main station gate de Lyon too. You will be welcomed by be try friendly staff. English spoken staff thus can ask all your queries too. Rooms are very spacious. Especially family room. It has 1 double bed plus 1 sofa cum bed big size. Easily 4 pax can stay together. Enough space to keep bags too. Washroom & bath area different with all required amenities. This overall best place to select. Also don’t miss out on n number of cafés just below the hotel. For vegetarians - you can enjoy crepe’s, cheese tomato sandwiches, crossaints & beverages / drinks. There is supermarket too just opposite the hotel to pick daily grocery. Do visit Bercy village for shopping.

Terrible Stay

The hotel is child friendly and has a good proximity to the bercy metro station. The major issue with the hotel is that the air conditioning was not working. Though it was the onset of winter the rooms use to be pretty warm and suffocated as the air conditioning wasn't working to it's expected capacity. The other thing was the breakfast which is suppose to be until 10:30am on weekdays but they will start clearing stuff from 10am.

Good connectivity with metro stop just outside the hotel. Rooms are quite spacious by Paris standard. Staff was also quite helpful

The location is good there are restaurants, train stations and bus stop right out Side. The staff is very helpful and warm. Thank you for comfortable stay

Location was Key for this hotel. Easy to commute and find restaurant Around pizzeria, indian and everything else.

Very good area to stay in. Nice hotel worth the money. The hospitality is not excellent but it was good. Not as helpful as other places. The breakfast was not okay but the same everyday. Very little option for vegetarians or vegans. The staff at the restaurant, the waiters VMware least bothered. There were so many waiters running around but god knows for what because there was no one to help. I wanted a coffee mug as my table did not have one. I had to go around finding the waiter. Other than people at the reception were good and very helpful.

Hotel is just besides metro Bercy, 45 minutes to reach Eiffel tower by M6 route. Excellent staff, guided very well. They would understand English and give good response Locality around the hotel is little dull. would definitely recommend.
