The stay was good. The ambience was superb and the view from my20th floor was fantastic. That’s it! basic amenities were not available in the room.

I didn't stay there. I asked mmt to postpone my dates but from last 1 month no reply and in top asking reviews for non stay hotel. Wow what fraud company is make my trip

I wasn't able to go paris due to my visa rejection and the hotel nor mmt are refusing to return my amount, pls refund the amt as i have been regular with mmt but wasn't able to go this time due to visa rejection. Thank you. Wheres my discount coupon

Novotel effiel tower tour is an excellent hotel to stay. The staff was very supportive. Make my trip really helped me in getting this hotel at very nominal rate.

The only thing good was the location. Check in process was completely mismanaged and staff was absolutely unapologetic about it. Best of all they were plain blunt and rude about it. Please stay here if you’re ok for a 2star service after paying for 4 star

All things are vvv gud front desk also helpful in every task asked. Food also good. Location is near effie tower so vvv comfortable hardly 1. 2 km

Just an average stay!

Average stay. We stayed here for four nights. Room size is pretty small and has very basic amenities, location wise just okay but one needs to walk at least 20-25 minutes to reach eiffel tower. Breakfast menu is very basic and some times items run out and won’t be refills unless reminded. Staff is not very friendly, don’t expect much here. We mostly used it to sleep at night as there is nothing exciting at the hotel.

Well hotel rooms are small with no amenities and not even basic 2 bottles of mineral water provided. Need to struggle to get iron also. Only good point is area of the hotel is safe and one can see eiffel tower if step out of hotel but other then that nothing is great. Rug-ht side is novotel on 1st floor and when step out one can see eiffel tower and nothing else is great about hotel except for a location
Excellently located facing seine river, facilities and food was of top quality. Eiffel tower was at a walking distance. Market, metro station and rr train station at a stone’s throw distance.

3 day stay in a well located hotel in par-is

The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance from the eiffel tower and near metro stations. The rooms are clean, good sized (we were in a 3 seater suite. There was a kettle and coffee maker in the room. At the time of check-in, there was an issue regarding room payment. While we had booked through mm t and all payments were made, the hotel staff asked for payment as the "credit card" provided by mm t was not being honoured. However the matter was resolved after a call to mm t in india. But it did create some anxiety for few minutes. Breakfast is nice.

Staff was not friendly with indians. There’s no staff to assist. No water bottles were provided in the rooms. Rooms were extremely small.

We had 2 night stay here that was wonderful location is very good walking distance from effiel rooms are a bit small in size and hotel does not provide toiletries staff is cooperative food is good but very limited option for indian dishes in breakfast

Novotel hotel is close to bit hakeim metro station and champ de mars tour eiffel. It is at a walking distance from eiffel tower and many eating joints around. This place is accessible via train and bus.

Novotel centre tour eiffel is located right next to the seine river and is just 5 mins walk away from the eiffel tower. The location is amazing. The reception guy was very kind to give us a room in the 26th floor with an amazing view of the seine river. Totally enjoyed our stay and food here with the lovely n courteous service of the hotel staffs!

Hotel was very busy, not helpful reception staff, whenever you asked something from reception or house keeping, they said that its not available, not warm welcome from hotel entrance, staff are trying not talking when you need their help, they asked 65 euro as a city tax which i don’t know why !i paid the tax in my reservation. Their staff thought that we stay there free of charge.

Hot and stuffy stay. Rooms are small and the worse part is they didn’t have ac working which makes the room very hot and stuffy. Service is average and people just enter the room to check

Excellent location and connectivity, very prime area and suitable for families as well. Eiffel tower 🗼 is clearly visible if you stop out of hotel
